When can I go Premium?
Very soon: online payment is being set up. In the meantime, the free account remains fully usable, with no time limit.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in a few clicks from your profile, no justification needed. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my items if I stop Premium?
Nothing is deleted or hidden: your items, photos and fields stay visible. You just can't add more beyond the free account limits, and co-management is paused until you come back.
Is the community side becoming paid?
No. Publishing your collections, searching, following collectors, commenting and exchanging messages stays free for everyone.
How will payment work?
By bank card, through Stripe, a secure payment platform: your banking details never go through our servers.
