The Premium plan presented on the site is announced but not yet open for subscription: no sales are made to date. As long as this is the case, the publisher acts on a non-professional basis and is not required to publish their postal address (article 6-III of French law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy); this information remains available on request from the host, under the conditions provided by law. Before subscriptions open, this section will be completed with the publisher's status, SIRET number, address and the contact details of the consumer mediator.

Publication director

Morgan, the site publisher, is also the publication director.

Hosting

The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its design, texts, code and the "mes-collections.fr" brand are the property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.

Content published by users (photos, descriptions, names of collections and items) remains the property of their respective authors. By publishing it on mes-collections.fr, the user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to this content and grants the publisher the right to host, display and distribute it as part of the normal operation of the service (public collection page, sharing, etc.).

Terms of use

Purpose of the service

mes-collections.fr allows its users to create, document and share collections of items (cards, figurines, video games, and many more), alone or within a community of collectors.

User account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. Each person must create only one account and is responsible for keeping their access confidential. Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to be carried out by its holder.

Published content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish (collections, items, photos, comments). They undertake not to publish any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, counterfeit, or that infringes the rights of a third party.

Moderation and reporting

Each collection can be reported by a user through the button provided for this purpose. The publisher reserves the right to block or delete, without notice, any content or account that does not comply with these terms or with the regulations in force.

Suspension and account deletion

The user can delete their account at any time from their profile. This action is final and results in the deletion of all their data and files (collections, items, photos, avatar, comments, messages). The publisher may also block an account in case of non-compliance with these terms.

Service availability

mes-collections.fr is a project under active development. The publisher strives to ensure the availability and proper operation of the site, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the absence of errors or interruptions, in particular during updates.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for content published by users, nor for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or from the temporary unavailability of the service.

Personal data protection

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), here is the data processed as part of the operation of mes-collections.fr:

  • Email and username: required to create and manage your account.
  • Sign in with Google (optional): Google sends us your email address, your first name and an account identifier. Your first name is only used to suggest a username and is not stored. No other data from your Google account is accessed.
  • Profile photo (optional): if you choose to add one.
  • IP address: processed temporarily for security purposes (protection against session theft, limiting spam on the contact form), with no lasting retention linked to your identity.
  • Content of your collections: kept as long as your account exists.
  • Photos sent to add items with AI (Premium members, optional): transmitted to Anthropic (United States), an artificial intelligence provider, solely to be analyzed. They are not kept on the site, and Anthropic does not use them to train its models.

This data is used solely for the operation of the service and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in France (see "Hosting" above).

In accordance with the law, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your profile, or exercise these rights by writing to contact@mes-collections.fr.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting us at contact@mes-collections.fr before any legal action.
